di's chunky guacamole
I went to a party and had a dip similar to this but did not see the hostess again to get the recipe so I tried to remember what the tastes were in the dip and this is what I came up with. I actually like mine better! I can't go to any gathering without taking it. Friends and family love it and so far after nearly two years of taking it to gatherings, they still want it! Enjoy!

How To Make di's chunky guacamole
-
Step 1Cut avocados in half, remove seed, score in shell in big chunks and scoop out into medium bowl. Sprinkle with lemon juice to keep from browning.
-
Step 2Add chopped green onions, quartered tomatoes, whole can of chopped black olives, chopped fresh cilantro, whole package of dry guacamole mix, red wine vinegar, vegetable oil, garlic salt and pepper and mix carefully. Avocado chunks should remain fairly in tact (not mashed).
-
Step 3Serve immediately with tortilla chips or pita bread pieces.
