Who would have known 5 ingredients could be so incredibly yummy? I was inspired to make this from a traditional cuban black beans and rice recipe. I roasted my own red peppers, but I'm sure you could just as well use the canned ones.

1/2 Tbsp
minced garlic
1 small
limes, juiced
2 medium
roasted red peppers

How to Make Cuban Hummus


  • 1Roughly chop the onion and roasted red peppers. Drain and rinse the can of black beans.
  • 2In a food processor or blender, combine all ingredients until smooth. Store in an air-tight container in the refrigerator prior to serving.
