Who would have known 5 ingredients could be so incredibly yummy? I was inspired to make this from a traditional cuban black beans and rice recipe. I roasted my own red peppers, but I'm sure you could just as well use the canned ones.

Ingredients
- 1 can black beans
- 1 small onion
- 1/2 tablespoon minced garlic
- 1 small limes, juiced
- 2 medium roasted red peppers
How To Make cuban hummus

Step 1Roughly chop the onion and roasted red peppers. Drain and rinse the can of black beans.

Step 2In a food processor or blender, combine all ingredients until smooth. Store in an air-tight container in the refrigerator prior to serving.
