A must-have dip in our house on Thankssgiving day. It disappears quickly.

Ingredients

  • 2 - 8 oz containers reduced-fat, or whipped chive cream cheese, softened
  • 1/4 cup creamy prepared horseradish sauce
  • 1-1/2 cup reduced-fat, shredded swiss cheese
  • 1 - celery rib, finely chopped
  • 1/2 cup chopped fresh parsley
  • 1/4 cup finely minced red onion
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1/4 cup chopped fresh chives

How To Make creamy swiss/chive dip

  • Step 1
    Line a 3-cup capacity bowl w/ plastic wrap. In bowl, w/ mixer on medium beat cream cheese and horseradish sauce until smooth.
  • Step 2
    Stir in swiss cheese, celery, 1/4 cup parsley, onion & paprika. Spread mixture into bowl.
  • Step 3
    Cover, refrigerate at least 3 hrs. Invert bowl onto serving platter, remove plastic wrap. Mix chives and remaining parsley in small bowl. Press mix onto dip to cover. Serve w/ crackers and fresh cut veggies.
