8 oz containers reduced-fat, or whipped chive cream cheese, softened
1/4 c
creamy prepared horseradish sauce
1-1/2 c
reduced-fat, shredded swiss cheese
1
celery rib, finely chopped
1/2 c
chopped fresh parsley
1/4 c
finely minced red onion
1 tsp
paprika
1/4 c
chopped fresh chives

How to Make Creamy swiss/chive dip

Step-by-Step

  • 1Line a 3-cup capacity bowl w/ plastic wrap. In bowl, w/ mixer on medium beat cream cheese and horseradish sauce until smooth.
  • 2Stir in swiss cheese, celery, 1/4 cup parsley, onion & paprika. Spread mixture into bowl.
  • 3Cover, refrigerate at least 3 hrs. Invert bowl onto serving platter, remove plastic wrap. Mix chives and remaining parsley in small bowl. Press mix onto dip to cover. Serve w/ crackers and fresh cut veggies.
