Ingredients
- 2 - 8 oz containers reduced-fat, or whipped chive cream cheese, softened
- 1/4 cup creamy prepared horseradish sauce
- 1-1/2 cup reduced-fat, shredded swiss cheese
- 1 - celery rib, finely chopped
- 1/2 cup chopped fresh parsley
- 1/4 cup finely minced red onion
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1/4 cup chopped fresh chives
How To Make creamy swiss/chive dip

Step 1Line a 3-cup capacity bowl w/ plastic wrap. In bowl, w/ mixer on medium beat cream cheese and horseradish sauce until smooth.

Step 2Stir in swiss cheese, celery, 1/4 cup parsley, onion & paprika. Spread mixture into bowl.

Step 3Cover, refrigerate at least 3 hrs. Invert bowl onto serving platter, remove plastic wrap. Mix chives and remaining parsley in small bowl. Press mix onto dip to cover. Serve w/ crackers and fresh cut veggies.
