Ingredients
- 1 package spinach, frozen
- 1 can artichoke hearts (or jar)
- 1/4 cup mayonaise
- 1/4 cup sour cream
- 1 cup parmesan cheese
- 1 cup pepper jack cheese , shredded
- - salt/pepper to taste
How To Make creamy spinach-artichoke dip

Step 1defrost Spinach, squeeze all the liquid out, drain the artichoke hearts and cut up small.

Step 2in a large bowl...combine ingredients, pour onto a baking dish and bake at 350 for about 20mins...or until nice and golden brown and bubbly.

Step 3let cool , serve warm with tortilla chips or crackers
