creamy spicy sausage dip-annette's
This is always a huge hit at every party we take it to. Never any leftovers. People always ask me to make it and bring it and I always get requests for the recipe. It's addictive! I use spicy sausage when I make it but you can use mild OR one of each. Spicy makes it so much better though. YUM! Recipe and picture are my own. (other than pics of products of course)

How To Make creamy spicy sausage dip-annette's
-
Step 1Brown sausage until no longer pink.
-
Step 2Turn heat down to medium and stir in cream cheese. It's easier to do if you cut it into cubes.
-
Step 3Pour untrained green chilies and tomatoes into pan. Stir until well mixed. Turn to low. Simmer for about 20 min.
-
Step 4At this point I transfer it to a crock pot and put it on warm if I am taking it to a party, otherwise I keep it on my stove on simmer if I am serving it at home.
