    large cucumbers (finely chopped)
  • 1
    large onion (finely chopped)
  • 1 Tbsp
    sugar
  • 1 Tbsp
    salt
  • ·
    vinegar
  • 8 oz
    cream cheese

How to Make Creamy Cucumber Dip-Annette's

Step-by-Step

  1. Mix cucumbers, onion, sugar and salt together in mixing bowl. Add enough vinegar to cover. Let stand for 1 hour. Drain and press out moisture.
  2. Beat cream cheese with mixer or food processor. Add cucumber mixture and blend until creamy smooth. Makes about 2 cups. Enjoy!
