This recipe you can do so many things with. Serve it as an appetizer or use it to top grilled chicken, fish or veggies. Play around with some ideas. All I know is it is yummy! Recipe is my own.

Ingredients

2 - large cucumbers (finely chopped)
1 - large onion (finely chopped)
1 tablespoon sugar
1 tablespoon salt
- vinegar
8 ounces cream cheese

How To Make creamy cucumber dip-annette's

Step 1

Mix cucumbers, onion, sugar and salt together in mixing bowl. Add enough vinegar to cover. Let stand for 1 hour. Drain and press out moisture.

Step 2

Beat cream cheese with mixer or food processor. Add cucumber mixture and blend until creamy smooth. Makes about 2 cups. Enjoy!
