Cream Cheese Salsa Dip
I've seen versions of this with sour cream added (or instead of the cream cheese), and with garlic powder added; but my family likes it just like this the best.
How to Make Cream Cheese Salsa Dip
- Add salsa to cream cheese about 1/2 cup at a time, beating with hand mixer, until well-blended (it will still be lumpy, no matter how much you blend it though.) Chill in refrigerator until cold, a couple of hours. The longer the flavors blend, the better it tastes. Serve with tostada chips or fritos.
