  • 1/2 lb
    fresh crabmeat, drained, flaked
  • 2
    green onions, finely chopped
  • 1
    plum tomato, chopped
  • 1 Tbsp
    fresh parsley
  • 1/2 c
    light mayonnaise
  • 2 tsp
    lemon juice
  • 1/2 tsp
    hot pepper sauce
  • 3 large
    red bell peppers
  • ·
    chopped fresh basil

How to Make crabbed-stuffed peppers


  1. In bowl, combine first 4 ingredients.. Stir in mayonnaise, lemon juice and hot sauce.
  2. Cover and chill until ready to serve
  3. Cut peppers into thick strips. To serve, spoon crab filling onto strips. Top strips w/ basil.
