Ingredients

  • 1/2 pound fresh crabmeat, drained, flaked
  • 2 - green onions, finely chopped
  • 1 - plum tomato, chopped
  • 1 tablespoon fresh parsley
  • 1/2 cup light mayonnaise
  • 2 teaspoons lemon juice
  • 1/2 teaspoon hot pepper sauce
  • 3 large red bell peppers
  • - chopped fresh basil

How To Make crabbed-stuffed peppers

  • Step 1
    In bowl, combine first 4 ingredients.. Stir in mayonnaise, lemon juice and hot sauce.
  • Step 2
    Cover and chill until ready to serve
  • Step 3
    Cut peppers into thick strips. To serve, spoon crab filling onto strips. Top strips w/ basil.
