Ingredients
- 1/2 pound fresh crabmeat, drained, flaked
- 2 - green onions, finely chopped
- 1 - plum tomato, chopped
- 1 tablespoon fresh parsley
- 1/2 cup light mayonnaise
- 2 teaspoons lemon juice
- 1/2 teaspoon hot pepper sauce
- 3 large red bell peppers
- - chopped fresh basil
How To Make crabbed-stuffed peppers

Step 1In bowl, combine first 4 ingredients.. Stir in mayonnaise, lemon juice and hot sauce.

Step 2Cover and chill until ready to serve

Step 3Cut peppers into thick strips. To serve, spoon crab filling onto strips. Top strips w/ basil.
