This is good as a dip, a sandwitch, on a bed of lettuce, on garlic bread and broiled in the oven, or in a tomato as a lite lunch. I have even put the left overs in won ton skins and they were wonderful

- 1 ounce lemon juice
- 1/2 teaspoon parsley
- 1/2 pound crab meat or imitation crab legs
- 1/4 cup mayonnaise
