Ingredients

3 Tbsp
dairy sour cream ( crema salvadorena)
1 c
mild feta cheese ( queso fresco)
2 large
eggs
1 c
fresh lump crab meat
2 Tbsp
green onion, chopped
2 Tbsp
red onion, minced
2 clove
garlic, minced
2 Tbsp
fresh cilantro, chopped
oil or butter, for frying

How to Make Crab Fritters with Onion Cilantro Cream

Step-by-Step

  • 1Gently combine all ingredients in mixing bowl, except butter or oil. Heat oil or butter to cover bottom of a large skillet. Drop batter by Tablespoon into skillet and fry until golden brown on bottom. Flip and continue fry 2 more minutes.
    Serve immediately, topped with a mixture of extra green onion ,cilantro and sour cream and lemon slices on the side.
