Ingredients
- 3 tablespoons dairy sour cream ( crema salvadorena)
- 1 cup mild feta cheese ( queso fresco)
- 2 large eggs
- 1 cup fresh lump crab meat
- 2 tablespoons green onion, chopped
- 2 tablespoons red onion, minced
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tablespoons fresh cilantro, chopped
- - oil or butter, for frying
How To Make crab fritters with onion cilantro cream

Step 1Gently combine all ingredients in mixing bowl, except butter or oil. Heat oil or butter to cover bottom of a large skillet. Drop batter by Tablespoon into skillet and fry until golden brown on bottom. Flip and continue fry 2 more minutes. Serve immediately, topped with a mixture of extra green onion ,cilantro and sour cream and lemon slices on the side.
