cool crab dip (easy!)
This is my recipe for a quick and easy cold crab dip. It's so simple, and simply delicious. Feel free to kick it up a notch by adding extra cajun seasoning or a bit of cayenne, if you'd like. I also like it with the addition of 1/2 to 1 teaspoon of lemon pepper seasoning.

Makes about 2 cups
Ingredients
- 8 ounces cream cheese, room temperature
- 1/3 cup mayonnaise
- 1/3 cup sour cream
- 1/4 teaspoon fine pink himalayan salt
- 3/4 teaspoon cajun seasoning
- 1 tablespoon snipped fresh chives
- 1 can crab meat, well-drained
- chips and veggies for dipping

Step 1Assemble and prep ingredients.

Step 2In average mixing bowl, beat cream cheese until smooth and fluffy.

Step 3Add mayonnaise, sour cream, salt and cajun seasoning; beat until smooth and well combined.

Step 4Add chives and drained crab; beat until combined.

Step 5Refrigerate in a covered container until ready to serve. Garnish with chives, if desired. Serve with chips, crackers and/or fresh vegetables for dipping.
