Ingredients
- 2 large avocadoes, stones removed, peeled and cut into pieces
- 1 tablespoon freshly squeezed lime juice
- 2 tablespoons seeded and finely diced tomatoes
- 1 tablespoon finely chopped red onions
- 2 large cloves garlic, pressed
- 1 tablespoon cilantro, finely chopped
- 1/4 teaspoon ground cumin
- 1/4 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper, or to taste (I always use mixed peppercorns)
- 1/8 teaspoon ground Himalayan pink salt, or to taste
- 1/2 tablespoon hot sauce such as cholula, or to taste
How To Make classic guacamole

Step 1In a bowl, add prepared avocadoes and lime juice; mash them using a fork.

Step 2Add the remaining ingredients and stir until nicely combined; taste and adjust seasoning if needed.

Step 3Serve immediately or cover and transfer to the fridge until needed.
