Really yummy and an easy party dish to make ahead. The longer it chills, the better the flavor!

Ingredients

  • 1 package cream cheese (9 oz.)
  • 1 can minced clams with juice, drained but reserve juice
  • 1 teaspoon grated onion
  • 1 teaspoon fresh lime juice
  • 1 dash worcestershire sauce
  • - chopped fresh dill or a sprinkle of paprika for garnish

How To Make clam dip

  • Step 1
    Heat the reserved clam juice, but do NOT boil. Cube cream cheese and place in food processor. Pour heated clam juice over the cheese. Pulse once or twice to begin processing.
  • Step 2
    Add all other ingredients except clams and garnish. Process until desired smooth texture. Fold in clams. Cover and refrigerate for at least 1 hour before serving. Prior to serving, top with desired garnish and serve with chips, crackers or veggies.
