This is a hot sauce, it is wonderful used as a dipping sauce for all sorts of tasty treats. It is also great on cooked meats or vegetables.

Ingredients
- 2 tbsp garlic, finely minced
- 2 tbsp chili peppers, fresh, finely minced
- 1/8 cup lime juice, fresh
- 1/8 cup soy sauce
- 1/4 cup white vinegar
- 3/4 cup water
- 2 tbsp sugar, brown
- 1/2 tsp fine sea salt
- 2 tbsp green onions, thinly sliced
How To Make chili dipping sauce

Step 1Into a blender add all the ingredients except for the green onions.

Step 2Blend until smooth.

Step 3When ready, pour the sauce into individual serving bowls and garnish with the green onions.
