This is a hot sauce, it is wonderful used as a dipping sauce for all sorts of tasty treats. It is also great on cooked meats or vegetables.

Ingredients

  • 2 tbsp garlic, finely minced
  • 2 tbsp chili peppers, fresh, finely minced
  • 1/8 cup lime juice, fresh
  • 1/8 cup soy sauce
  • 1/4 cup white vinegar
  • 3/4 cup water
  • 2 tbsp sugar, brown
  • 1/2 tsp fine sea salt
  • 2 tbsp green onions, thinly sliced

How To Make chili dipping sauce

  • Step 1
    Into a blender add all the ingredients except for the green onions.
  • Step 2
    Blend until smooth.
  • Step 3
    When ready, pour the sauce into individual serving bowls and garnish with the green onions.
