cheesy spinach artichoke dip (microwave)

Ingredients
- 2 packages cream cheese (not whipped) (total 16 ozs)
- 1 - tub shredded asiago, romano or parmesan cheese (8ozs)
- 1 box frozen chopped spinach (10 oz)
- 1 can artichoke hearts (not marinated) (15 oz i think)
- 1 teaspoon red pepper flakes
- 1 teaspoon salt (i prefer kosher, it tastes better)
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
How To Make cheesy spinach artichoke dip (microwave)

Step 1in a microwave safe glass bowl, place frozen spinach and microwave for 5-7 minutes

Step 2remove, stir and add artichokes and all the seasonings, microwave for 3 more minutes

Step 3remove, stir and add both pkg's of cream cheese, microwave 3 more minutes

Step 4remove, stir and add the parmesan cheese microwave until completely melted (about 3-5 minutes)

Step 6Serve with any crusty bread toasted or not (whatever you prefer) or restaurant style tortilla chips.
