Ingredients

1 lbblock cheddar cheese, cut into chunks

4 ozreduced-fat cream cheese, softened

1/2 cchampagne
-
1 tspparsley flakes
-
1/2 tspground nutmeg
-
1/8 tspground red pepper
How to Make Cheddar-champagne spread
- Place all ingredients in a food processor. Cover, process until smooth.
- Spoon into serving bowl. Cover, refrigerate at least 2 hrs.
