- - 1 green tomato
- - 1 samll jalapeño – with seeds
- - ½ tsp. salt
- - ½ tsp. black pepper
- - ¼ cup fresh basil
- - ¼ cup fresh italian parsley
- - 3-4 tablespoons olive oil
