cannelli white bean dip
My friend Joyce Devoid gave me this one very healthy. This works well to be prosessed finer and more like a hummas as well, or whole on top of salad.

Ingredients
- 3 cups cannelini beans or other white bean
- 1 clove garlic
- 1 - lemon juice, fresh
- 2 tablespoons chopped fresh sage or parsley
- 1 dash salt and pepper
- 3 tablespoons olive oil, extra virgin
- 1 ounce pine nuts - chopped
How To Make cannelli white bean dip

Step 1Place all the ingredients in a blender, Puree until smooth. Adjust seasonings to taste, add more lemon juice if desired. Add 3 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil ( I prefer cold pressed) top with pine nuts.
