If you love blue cheese, this is the dip/dressing for you! This wonderful concoction comes via my darling daughter-in-law through a long-time friend and church member, Betty Pratt in Paris, Texas. We love this served simply with crackers or over a tossed green salad. Just imagine dipping your next platter of hot wings and/or celery sticks in this fabulous dip.
