1/2 cmayonnaise

1/2 ccrumbled bleu cheese

1 Tbspwhite wine vinegar or plain white vinegar

1 clovegarlic, finely minced

1 tspdry white wine (optional)
How to Make BLEU CHEESE DIP BY SALLYE
- Blend all ingredients in foor processor until smooth
Refrigerate at least an hour before serving
Will keep in airtight container in fridge for up to one week
