Ingredients

  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/2 cup crumbled bleu cheese
  • 1 tablespoon white wine vinegar or plain white vinegar
  • 1 clove garlic, finely minced
  • 1 teaspoon dry white wine (optional)

  • Step 1
    Blend all ingredients in foor processor until smooth Refrigerate at least an hour before serving Will keep in airtight container in fridge for up to one week
