I have friends who are not very fond of garbanzo beans, so I enjoy the challenge of finding things they do like. This one is a favorite with work group lunches, and I usually serve with my Baked Pita Triangles.

  1. Place hummus ingredients in the workbowl of a food processor. Process until very smooth. Spoon into a serving dish.
  2. Stir together the topping ingredients. Spoon in dollops over the hummus. (Topping is optional, but we like it because it adds a fresh flavor.)
