black bean guacamole

I decided to make black bean dip for some one very special. I had also wanted to make guacamole.So I said why not mix them together!?! Instant family HIT! Even the people in my family that don't like guacamole LOVE this dip!

Ingredients For black bean guacamole

  • 3 can
    black beans
  • 4 lg
    avocados
  • 1/4 c
    lime juice
  • 2 tsp
    cumin, ground
  • 2 Tbsp
    garlic powder
  • 2 tsp
    kosher salt
  • 1 pkg
    cream cheese, room temperature
  • 1 md
    onion

How To Make black bean guacamole

  • 1
    Drain and rinse beans, then puree them in a food processor or smash them with a potato masher.
  • 2
    Remove avocado from peel and core, slice into small pieces. cut the cream cheese into small pieces as well. Mix into beans.

    chop onion and add to mixture along with dry spices. mix and taste. you should taste hints of cumin lime and garlic.

    Salt to taste!
