- 1/3 cup red pepper, chopped
- 1/3 cup red onion, chopped fine
- 1/3 cup cilantro, chopped fine
- 1 - ripe mango, peeled, pitted and chopped
- 2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
- 1/2 cup orange marmalade or guava jelly
- 2 - serrano chiles seded and chopped fine
