- 2 packages 8 oz. each cream cheese,softened
- 1/3 cup beer, your choice
- 1 package ranch salad dressing mix, dry
- 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
- - pretzels
How To Make beer dip

Step 1In a large bowl, beat the cream cheese, beer and dressing mix until smooth. Stir in cheddar cheese( sometimes I add a little Tabasco sauce or lime juice or both). stir in cheddar cheese. Serve with pretzels. Chill leftover- I doubt if there will be any left.
