This is a wonderful, simple, yet creamily delicious dip. I serve w/ homemade pita chips.

Ingredients

  • 1 - 8 oz pkg reduced-fat cream cheese, softened
  • 1 - 14 oz can artichokes, drained and chopped
  • 1/4 cup reduecd-fat grated parmesan cheese
  • 2 teaspoons minced garlic
  • 1 small red bell pepper, chopped
  • 1 - 3.5 oz pkg crumbled reduced-fat feta cheese
  • 1 tablespoon sliced black olives

How To Make baked artichoke and feta dip

  • Step 1
    Heat oven to 350. Spray a 3-cup casserole dish w/ cooking spray, preferably olive oil spray.
  • Step 2
    In bowl, mix first 4 ingredients well. Spread into casserole dish. Top w/ peppers and feta cheese. Bake 20 mins. Top w/ olives.
