- 1 cup sour cream
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 4 ounces cream cheese, room temperature
- 1/2 cup freshly shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/4 cup chopped onions
- 1/4 cup diced green bell pepper
- 1 large tomato, seeded and diced
- 1 pound bacon, cooked crisp, drained and cut into small pieces
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 dash black pepper, to taste
- 1 cup shredded lettuce (for garnish, optional)
- 1 box crackers for servings
How To Make bacon tomato dip

Step 1In medium bowl, with mixer, blend sour cream, mayonnaise, cream cheese, cheddar cheese, chopped onion and green pepper, garlic powder, and black pepper.

Step 2Add bacon crumbles to mixture. Add chopped tomato and stir well. Garnish with shredded lettuce just before serving, if desired.

Step 3Serve with Townhouse crackers or Wheat Thins. Also good served in a bread bowl with bread cubes to dip.
