Ingredients

  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 4 ounces cream cheese, room temperature
  • 1/2 cup freshly shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/4 cup chopped onions
  • 1/4 cup diced green bell pepper
  • 1 large tomato, seeded and diced
  • 1 pound bacon, cooked crisp, drained and cut into small pieces
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 dash black pepper, to taste
  • 1 cup shredded lettuce (for garnish, optional)
  • 1 box crackers for servings

How To Make bacon tomato dip

  • Step 1
    In medium bowl, with mixer, blend sour cream, mayonnaise, cream cheese, cheddar cheese, chopped onion and green pepper, garlic powder, and black pepper.
  • Step 2
    Add bacon crumbles to mixture. Add chopped tomato and stir well. Garnish with shredded lettuce just before serving, if desired.
  • Bacon Tomato Dip
    Step 3
    Serve with Townhouse crackers or Wheat Thins. Also good served in a bread bowl with bread cubes to dip.
