I created this dip recipe for veggies, chips or crackers. It has a touch of smokiness and a hint of maple. Everyone loves it.

Ingredients

12 oz
cream cheese or neufchatel (1 1/2 bricks), room temperature
3/4 c
sour cream
1 pkg
dry ranch dressing mix
1 tsp
pure maple syrup
1/4 tsp
liquid smoke flavoring
1/8 tsp
ground black pepper
1/2 c
extra-sharp cheddar cheese
1/4 c
real hickory smoked bacon bits or maple bacon bits
fresh chives, parsley or sliced green onion for garnish (optional)

How to Make BACON CHEDDAR RANCH DIP

Step-by-Step

  • 1Using an electric hand-mixer, beat cream cheese until fluffy.
  • 2Add sour cream; mix thoroughly, until no lumps remain.
  • 3Add ranch dressing mix, maple syrup, liquid smoke and pepper; mix well; add cheddar cheese and bacon bits; combine well.
  • 4May serve immediately or cover and refrigerate until served.
