My aunt brought this dip to my moms birthday party a few weeks ago. It was too good not to share. So easy too! Enjoy!

prep time 5 Min
cook time 5 Min
method Stove Top
yield about 2 cups

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup each - apple butter & white chocolate chips
  • 1 teaspoon each - cinnamon and vanilla extract
  • 1 - 8 ounces cream cheese, softened

How To Make ~ autumn apple dip ~

  • Step 1
Over medium heat in a medium sauce pan, combine the apple butter, white chocolate chips, vanilla and cinnamon. Stir until chips are melted.
  • Step 2
Cut the cream cheese into about 6 chunks and add to the pan, stir until the cheese starts melting, then finish blending with a mixer until smooth. This doesn't take but a minute.
  • Step 3
Pour into serving dish, chill or can be eaten warm. Great with apples and would be great with Mexican cinnamon tortillas. Enjoy!
