This is one of my favorite Dips. It is so good with crackers. Its not hard to make.We always make a double batch. Enjoy!!!!!!!!!!

Ingredients

13 oz
artichoke hearts,drained and finely chopped
10 oz
frozen spinach, thawed squeezed dry, and finely chopped
1 c
moyonnaise
1 c
parmesan cheese, freshly grated
2 1/4 c
monterey jack cheese, coarsely grated
1 Tbsp
pecorino romano cheese, freshly grated
1 can(s)
green chiles, mild, chopped

How to Make Artichoke Spinach Dip

Step-by-Step

  • 1Preheat oven to 350 degrees. In a bowl, combine artichoke hearts, spinach, mayonnaise, parmesean cheese, 1 3/4 cups monterey Jack cheese, pecorino romano, and green chilis, stirring until well combined. Transfer artichoke mixture to a 1 quart baking dish and sprinkle with remaining 1/2 cup of monterey jack cheese. Bake dip in middle of oven until cheese is melted, about 15 minutes. Serve warm, with crackers.makes about 3 cups
