artichoke spinach dip

This is one of my favorite Dips. It is so good with crackers. Its not hard to make.We always make a double batch. Enjoy!!!!!!!!!!

Ingredients

  • 13 ounces artichoke hearts,drained and finely chopped
  • 10 ounces frozen spinach, thawed squeezed dry, and finely chopped
  • 1 cup moyonnaise
  • 1 cup parmesan cheese, freshly grated
  • 2 1/4 cups monterey jack cheese, coarsely grated
  • 1 tablespoon pecorino romano cheese, freshly grated
  • 1 can green chiles, mild, chopped

How To Make artichoke spinach dip

  • Step 1
    Preheat oven to 350 degrees. In a bowl, combine artichoke hearts, spinach, mayonnaise, parmesean cheese, 1 3/4 cups monterey Jack cheese, pecorino romano, and green chilis, stirring until well combined. Transfer artichoke mixture to a 1 quart baking dish and sprinkle with remaining 1/2 cup of monterey jack cheese. Bake dip in middle of oven until cheese is melted, about 15 minutes. Serve warm, with crackers.makes about 3 cups
