I had this at a Christmas party many years ago and requested the recipe. It is the easiest recipe with only three ingredients and so good too. This is a great recipe for your New Year's Eve party because it can be made in advance too. I hope you like it too.

Ingredients For artichoke cheese dip

  • 1 can
    drained artichokes (unmarinated) chopped
  • 1 c
    parmesan cheese
  • 1 c
    mayonnaise

How To Make artichoke cheese dip

  • 1
    Add chopped artichokes to rest of ingredients and bake at 350 for 1/2 hour. Serve with crackers or chips.
