Addictive Chorizo Pepper Jack Dip
I like the dip best with sweet potato chips. It goes well with the creamy-spicy flavors in the dip. It's also really great with celery sticks and sweet potato tortilla chips.
1 lbground mexican chorizo, cooked and crumbled
8 ozcream cheese, softened
2 cshredded pepper jack cheese
1red onion, diced
1/2 tspground paprika
1 tspgarlic powder
1 stalk(s)green onion, chopped
1/4 tspground cayenne
