2 cups sugar
1 can evaporated milk
1 teaspoon vanilla

How To Make hot fudge topping

Step 1

Mix cocoa and sugar in saucepan. Add evaporated milk and heat to boiling. Allow to boil a 3 minutes

Step 2

Add butter and vanilla.
Step 3

Serve over ice cream.
