Ingredients
- 1/4 cup light corn syrup
- 1/4 cup heavy cream
- 1/2 stick unsalted butter
- 2/3 cup sugar
- 1/2 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
- - salt
- 1 tablespoon sour cream
How To Make fudge sauce

Step 1Medium pot combine corn syrup, cream, butter, sugar, cocoa and a pinch of salt

Step 2Bring to a boil whisking over meium-high heat. Remove from heat and let fudge sauce cool slightly.

Step 3Great for ice cream. Swirl it in your favorite brownie recipe, or what ever you like. It is a good sauce to dip banana in roll in nuts and freeze. To reheat put in microwave for 30 second intervals until heated through

Step 4Note: I added a tablespoon of sour cream (step 1) to make a smoother, pourable sauce for ice cream.
