  • 8 ounces unsweetened baking chocolate, chopped
  • 1 cup light agave nectar
  • 3/4 cup heavy cream
  • 1 tablespoon unsalted butter
  • 1 tablespoon vanilla extract

How To Make agave chocolate ganache frosting

  • Step 1
    Combine chocolate, agave and cream in a saucepan. Heat over medium heat until chocolate melts, stirring constantly.
  • Step 2
    Stir in the butter and vanilla.
  • Step 3
    Use to spread while slightly warm, and the consistency of hot fudge sauce.
