My daughter-in-law, Melissa, and I love beans and tuna. Since we are following Weight Watchers I created this salad to fit in our meal plan. It is filling and delicious! Each serving is 6 Points Plus.

12 oz
canned tuna, packed in water, well drained
15 oz
can organic garbonza beans, drained and rinsed
1/3 c
chopped red onion
1/3 c
chopped red and yellow bell pepper
1/3 c
reduced fat balsamic vinegar
1 Tbsp
fresh lemon juice
1/2 c
chopped italian parsley
salt and pepper to taste

How to Make Tuna and Garbonza Bean Salad


  • 1Mix ingredients tuna through lemon juice. May do several hours ahead.
  • 2Just before serving add chopped patsley
