My daughter-in-law, Melissa, and I love beans and tuna. Since we are following Weight Watchers I created this salad to fit in our meal plan. It is filling and delicious! Each serving is 6 Points Plus.

Ingredients
- 12 ounces canned tuna, packed in water, well drained
- 15 ounces can organic garbonza beans, drained and rinsed
- 1/3 cup chopped red onion
- 1/3 cup chopped red and yellow bell pepper
- 1/3 cup reduced fat balsamic vinegar
- 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
- 1/2 cup chopped italian parsley
- - salt and pepper to taste
How To Make tuna and garbonza bean salad

Step 1Mix ingredients tuna through lemon juice. May do several hours ahead.

Step 2Just before serving add chopped patsley
