spicy low calorie tuna fish salad
This can be served on bread or a rye crisp cracker to keep the calorie down. This is a very tasty spicy tuna salad. you can add celery or roasted red peppers as that will add some fun flavor and not effect the calories. I posted this recipe because I have maintained my weight for 9 years. Once at 240 ponds and height 5'7, now 155 pounds. losing weight is not easy but if you and get the flavor packed in your recipes with adding extra cut veggies, that is the ticket. Loving life and free from all the weight that kept me from Kayaking and hiking. I am back in my game with hiking, kayaking

Ingredients
- 1 can albacore tuna fish
- 3 stalks chopped green onions
- 1/4 cup canned chopped jalapeno peppers
- 1 small can sliced water chestnuts
- 1 tablespoon horseradish mustard
- 4 to 5 tablespoons non fat yogurt
- 2 tablespoons caesar dressing
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon dill weed
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1 pinch red pepper flakes
- - salt and pepper to taste
How To Make spicy low calorie tuna fish salad

Step 1Mix all ingredients together in a bowl. You can add more of the yogurt and Caesar dressing to desired taste.

Step 2You can add roasted peppers and other chopped veggies if desired. This is also great on toasted bread with a thin slice of cheese melted on top.
