  • 1/3 c
    chopped cucumber
  • 1/3 c
    chopped tomato
  • 1/3 c
    chopped avocado
  • 1/3 c
    chopped celery
  • 1/3 c
    chopped radishes
  • 1 c
    chopped romaine lettuce

  • 4 tsp
    extra-virgin olive oil
  • 2 Tbsp
    fresh lime juice
  • 2 clove
    garlic, finely chopped
  • 1/2 tsp
    black pepper

How to Make South Beach Chopped Salad with Tuna


  1. To make the salad: Layer the tuna, cucumber, tomato, avacado, celery, radishes, and lettuce in a decorative glass bowl.
  2. To make the dressing: Mix the olive oil, lime juice, garlic, and papper. Drizzle over the salad.
