I love Tuna salad, but don't like all the calories; so I came up with low fat low cal version while keeping the same great taste.

Ingredients
- 2 cans tuna, packed in water, drained, flaked
- 1/2 cup celery diced
- 1/2 cup red pepper diced
- 1 pint sunburst yellow tomatoes, cut in half
- - johnnys seafood seasoning to taste
- - pepper to taste
- - adobo seasoning to taste
- 1/2 cup red onion, chopped
- 1 package medium shell noodles
- 1 can pitted medium olives, sliced
- 1/2 cup red onions diiced
- 2 - hard boiled eggs chopped
- 1 cup fat free sour cream
- 1 cup fat free mayonnaise
- 1/2 cup fat free shredded cheese
