skinny tuna salad

I love Tuna salad, but don't like all the calories; so I came up with low fat low cal version while keeping the same great taste.

Ingredients

  • 2 cans tuna, packed in water, drained, flaked
  • 1/2 cup celery diced
  • 1/2 cup red pepper diced
  • 1 pint sunburst yellow tomatoes, cut in half
  • - johnnys seafood seasoning to taste
  • - pepper to taste
  • - adobo seasoning to taste
  • 1/2 cup red onion, chopped
  • 1 package medium shell noodles
  • 1 can pitted medium olives, sliced
  • 1/2 cup red onions diiced
  • 2 - hard boiled eggs chopped
  • 1 cup fat free sour cream
  • 1 cup fat free mayonnaise
  • 1/2 cup fat free shredded cheese

How To Make skinny tuna salad

  • Step 1
    Cook pasta until al dente. Drain rinse pasta under cold water. Set aside Add remaining ingrediants.
