    red ripe tomato, diced
  • 1 pkg
    your choice of salad greens
  • 1 small
    cucumber, unpeeled, diced
  • 1 medium
    green onion, chopped
  • 1 small
    apple, unpeeled sliced
  • 6 oz
    can solid albacore tuna, drained and flaked
  • 1/4 c
    dried cranberries or golden raisins
  • 2 Tbsp
    sunflower seeds, unsalted
  • 1/2 c
    black beans, rinsed, or garbanzo beans, optional

  • 1/2 c
    lite raspberry juice
  • 2 Tbsp
    cider vinegar
  • 1 Tbsp
    orange juice
  • 1/2 tsp
    grated orange rind
  • 1/4 c
    olive oil
  • 1/2 tsp
    equal sugar substitute

How to Make Sing a Lil' Tuna - lo cal. Salad


  1. Combine ingredients in a large salad bowl and toss lightly. Serve raspberry vinaigrette on the side.
  2. Raspberry Vinaigrette:
    Combine ingredients in a jar with a tight-fitting lid; shake well. Chill until ready to serve.
