1In a small bowl combine the first 3 ingredients tuna,capers and olives.Toss gently and set aside.
2On a large plate arrange blanched green beans on edge of plate. Layer salad greens inside of green beans followed by onions and red bell pepper. Make a small hole in middle of plate. Spoon tuna mixture in the center of plate. Layer chicken and eggs in circular fashion on top of greens.
3In a small bowl add the last 5 ingredients Olive oil,lemon juice,dijon,garlic and lemon zest and whisk until emulsified. Drizzle over the salad and serve.
