    m - miracle whip or mayo
  • ·
    o - onion, finely diced
  • ·
    t - tuna
  • ·
    h - hummus (any flavor)
  • ·
    e - egg, boiled and chopped
  • ·
    r - radish
  • ·
  • ·
    s - sharp cheddar
  • ·
    d - dijon mustard
  • ·
    a - avocado, sliced
  • ·
    y - yellow peppers, finely diced

How to Make M.O.T.H.E.R.S D.A.Y Tuna w/hummus Melt


  1. COMBINE; tuna, mayo, onion, yellow peppers, egg and dijon. to make a rough tuna salad.

    (I eyeballed it but it worked out to be about 1 tsp dijon, 2 TBL mayo & yellow pepper, 1 TBL onion,2 eggs and 1 small can drained tuna)
  2. toast bread
  3. spread a generous portion of hummus on bread
  4. top with a genorous portion of tuna mixture, top with Cheese and put in the toaster oven or oven on broil until cheese melts (this is very fast don't walk away too long)
  5. top with radish and avocado and take pictures hehehe (doesn't everyone photograph all their food before eating??)
