Ingredients
- m - miracle whip or mayo
- o - onion, finely diced
- t - tuna
- h - hummus (any flavor)
- e - egg, boiled and chopped
- r - radish
- @---)----
- s - sharp cheddar
- d - dijon mustard
- a - avocado, sliced
- y - yellow peppers, finely diced
How To Make m.o.t.h.e.r.s d.a.y tuna w/hummus melt

Step 1COMBINE; tuna, mayo, onion, yellow peppers, egg and dijon. to make a rough tuna salad. (I eyeballed it but it worked out to be about 1 tsp dijon, 2 TBL mayo & yellow pepper, 1 TBL onion,2 eggs and 1 small can drained tuna)

Step 2toast bread

Step 3spread a generous portion of hummus on bread

Step 4top with a genorous portion of tuna mixture, top with Cheese and put in the toaster oven or oven on broil until cheese melts (this is very fast don't walk away too long)

Step 5top with radish and avocado and take pictures hehehe (doesn't everyone photograph all their food before eating??)
