lizzy's tuna spread
This was originally my grandmothers recipe, but I added a few things that seem to make it a favorite of my kids!!!! Ages 14 all the way to 3 years of age! I triple the batch and they eat if for 2 days!!!!!! We serve ours with Berry Bread/spicy brown mustard,chips and of course, EXTRA pickles! :)

Ingredients
- 1 can deviled ham spread (4.25)
- 2 cans tuna (in you're choice of water or oil) drained (5 oz cans)
- 3 large hard boiled eggs (diced)
- 1/4-1/2 cup celery (finely diced)
- 1-2 tablespoon hamburger dill pickles (diced) save 1 -2 t of pickle juice to add
- 1/2 small onion ( diced) any kind, i used red and white (depending on what i have on hand)
- 1/8 teaspoon ground pepper
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 2 teaspoons dill, dried ( or 1 tsp. fresh)
- 1/2 teaspoon mustard
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise (of you're choice)
How To Make lizzy's tuna spread

Step 1Boil eggs,peel,chop and place in a large bowl. Drain tuna cans of water or oil (you're choice), add tuna,deviled ham to eggs.

Step 2Wash and dice celery,onions. Chop pickles,adding the pickle juice. Combine the rest of the ingredients. Stir well, and place in the fridge for 3 hours before serving, serve on any type of bread or just with crackers! Enjoy!
