Ingredients
- 1 - head romaine lettuce, torn into bit-size pieces.
- 1/2 pound fresh green beans, trimmed, cooked and chilled.
- 5 - red potatoes, cut into 1"-chunks, cooked until tender and chilled.
- 6 large hard boiled eggs, chilled and cut into wedges.
- 1 - 12 oz can water-packed tuna, drained & flaked.
- 1 - 3-1/4 oz can whole pitted black olives, drained.
- 1 - 16 oz bottle reduced-fat red wine vinaigrette dressing.

Step 1In lg serving bowl, layer lettuce, green beans, potatoes and wedged eggs. Top w/ flaked tuna and olives. Drizzle w/ dressing.
