easy salad nicoise
- head romaine lettuce, torn into bit-size pieces.
- 1/2 lb
- fresh green beans, trimmed, cooked and chilled.
- red potatoes, cut into 1"-chunks, cooked until tender and chilled.
- 6 large
- hard boiled eggs, chilled and cut into wedges.
- 12 oz can water-packed tuna, drained & flaked.
- 3-1/4 oz can whole pitted black olives, drained.
- 16 oz bottle reduced-fat red wine vinaigrette dressing.
