low calorie tuna salad
This is something that I have indulged on while I started back on Weight Watchers. One serving is only 2 points. Great way to snack when hungry or just a good anytime meal.

Ingredients
- 1 can white tuna
- 1/4 cup miracle whip
- 1/4 cup chopped celery
- 1 - egg boiled
- 1/4 cup banana pepers
How To Make low calorie tuna salad

Step 1Boil eggs on stove top, you will be using 1 hard boiled egg (cooled and chopped)

Step 2Open one Can White tuna and drain completely, put aside in small bowl

Step 3Mix together Miracle Whip, Celery, and Chopped Banana peppers

Step 4Add all ingredients in the small bowl with tuna and give a gentle toss, until all ingredients are of a serving consistency.

Step 5Serve the tuna on Crackers, Bread (toasted) or not, On Celery as a garnish, or on a lettuce leaf with ice cream scoop. Looks beautiful and taste great!
