betsy's tuna salad
Another family member came up with this basic version but I add a few more things when I make it that they don't like. The kids don't prefer"regular" tuna salad now that they've had this. Which version do you prefer?

Ingredients
- LESS INGREDIENT VERSION
- 1 can tuna, drained-- we like albacore but use any
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- *** - green pimento stuffed oloves, chopped -amount to your taste
- *** - japapeno slices from jar, chopped-- amount to your taste.
- BETSY'S VERSION
- 1 small tomato, diced
- 1/4 cup shredded cheese
How To Make betsy's tuna salad

Step 1It starts with the less ingredient version. Place drained tuna in bowl and flake with fork. Add all other ingredients under first version. Done.

Step 2To make Betsy's version, make the first one and add the tomatoes and cheese. Mix well. Serve.
