Another family member came up with this basic version but I add a few more things when I make it that they don't like. The kids don't prefer"regular" tuna salad now that they've had this. Which version do you prefer?

Ingredients

LESS INGREDIENT VERSION

1 can(s)
tuna, drained-- we like albacore but use any
1/2 c
mayonnaise
***
green pimento stuffed oloves, chopped -amount to your taste
***
japapeno slices from jar, chopped-- amount to your taste.

BETSY'S VERSION

1 small
tomato, diced
1/4 c
shredded cheese

How to Make Betsy's Tuna Salad

Step-by-Step

  • 1It starts with the less ingredient version. Place drained tuna in bowl and flake with fork. Add all other ingredients under first version. Done.
  • 2To make Betsy's version, make the first one and add the tomatoes and cheese. Mix well. Serve.
