  • 1/2 c
    red wine vinegar
  • 1/2 c
    oil (olive or vegetable)
  • 1/8 tsp
  • 1/8 tsp
    black pepper
  • 1/8 tsp
    poppy seads
  • 1/8 tsp
    garlic powder
  • 8 oz
    pasta (any favorite), cooked and drained
  • 2 c
    any combination of: celery, green onions, cucumbers, carrots, bell pepper, radishes, mushrooms, zucchini, or broccoli

How to Make Vineyard Pasta


  1. Combine vinegar, oil, and spices.
  2. Season to taste.
  3. Toss with pasta.
  4. Cover and chill 1 hour or more. Toss before serving.
