Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup red wine vinegar
  • 1/2 cup oil (olive or vegetable)
  • 1/8 teaspoon salt
  • 1/8 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/8 teaspoon poppy seads
  • 1/8 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 8 ounces pasta (any favorite), cooked and drained
  • 2 cups any combination of: celery, green onions, cucumbers, carrots, bell pepper, radishes, mushrooms, zucchini, or broccoli

How To Make vineyard pasta

  • Step 1
    Combine vinegar, oil, and spices.
  • Step 2
    Season to taste.
  • Step 3
    Toss with pasta.
  • Step 4
    Cover and chill 1 hour or more. Toss before serving.
