Ingredients
- 1/2 cup red wine vinegar
- 1/2 cup oil (olive or vegetable)
- 1/8 teaspoon salt
- 1/8 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/8 teaspoon poppy seads
- 1/8 teaspoon garlic powder
- 8 ounces pasta (any favorite), cooked and drained
- 2 cups any combination of: celery, green onions, cucumbers, carrots, bell pepper, radishes, mushrooms, zucchini, or broccoli
How To Make vineyard pasta

Step 1Combine vinegar, oil, and spices.

Step 2Season to taste.

Step 3Toss with pasta.

Step 4Cover and chill 1 hour or more. Toss before serving.
