1 pkgorzo (16 oz)
1 pkgspinach leaves (10 oz)
1 pkgcrumbled feta (12 oz)
1/2red onion, finely chopped
2/3 ctoasted pine nuts
1/2 tspdried basil (or fresh if you have it)
1/4 tspwhite pepper
1/2 colive oil
1/2 cbalsamic vinegar
1 tspfresh parsley, minced
How to Make Pretty Good Salad "Orzo" You Say
- Cook orzo, boil 9 minutes, drain and rinse with cold water.
- Toast pine nuts, be careful not to burn.
- Mix spinach, feta, onion, and pine nuts. Reserve in bowl.
- Combine oil, vinegar, white pepper, basil, and parsley. Stir well.
