Ingredients
- 1-1/2 pound boneless chicken breast, cut into bite-size pieces
- 8 ounces farfalle (bow tie) pasta
- 1 medium red onion, diced
- 1 cup grape tomatoes, halved
- 1 large zucchini,sliced thick, then cut into quarters or bite-size pieces
- 6 ounces crumbled feta
- DRESSING INGREDIENTS
- 2 cloves garlic
- 1/4 cup balsamic vinegar
- 2 tablespoons honey
- 1 tablespoon dijon mustard
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 3/4 cup olive oil.
How To Make chicken pasta salad w/ balsamic garlic dresing

Step 1In a large pot, boil salted water. Cook pasta until al dente', drain. Run pasta under cold water. Add to Large resealable Bowl. Drizzle in a little olive oil. Stir to coat, so noodles won't stick.

Step 2Using a non stick Skillet, cook chicken until no longer pink. set aside.

Step 3In a food processor or blender, add dressing ingredients, minus olive oil. Drizzle in olive oil. Blend thoroughly. Pour over noodles, toss well. Add in cut vegetables. Toss again.

Step 4CHILL 30 min. Add crumbled Feta to each individual serving bowls. Ps. You may use Cucumbers, broccoli or mushrooms, etc.
