4 or 5 red tomatoes
evoo
salt to taste
pepper to taste
sliced onions (red, or white will do)
sprig(s)
fresh basil
couple of ice cubes
pinch of dried oregano if you like

How to Make Tomato Salad

Step-by-Step

  • 1Put in bowl the cut up tomato's..add a little oil on top of tomato's....a little salt...pepper and sliced onions (uncooked)...throw in a couple of fresh basil leaves...two or three ice cubes...mix up and put in refrigerator....served chilled.....
