Ingredients

  • - 4 or 5 red tomatoes
  • - evoo
  • - salt to taste
  • - pepper to taste
  • - sliced onions (red, or white will do)
  • sprig fresh basil
  • - couple of ice cubes
  • - pinch of dried oregano if you like

How To Make tomato salad

  • Step 1
    Put in bowl the cut up tomato's..add a little oil on top of tomato's....a little salt...pepper and sliced onions (uncooked)...throw in a couple of fresh basil leaves...two or three ice cubes...mix up and put in refrigerator....served chilled.....
