    4 or 5 red tomatoes

    evoo
  • ·
    salt to taste
  • ·
    pepper to taste
  • ·
    sliced onions (red, or white will do)
  • sprig(s)
    fresh basil
  • ·
    couple of ice cubes
  • ·
    pinch of dried oregano if you like

How to Make Tomato Salad

Step-by-Step

  1. Put in bowl the cut up tomato's..add a little oil on top of tomato's....a little salt...pepper and sliced onions (uncooked)...throw in a couple of fresh basil leaves...two or three ice cubes...mix up and put in refrigerator....served chilled.....
