- - evoo
- - salt to taste
- - pepper to taste
- - sliced onions (red, or white will do)
- sprig fresh basil
- - couple of ice cubes
- - pinch of dried oregano if you like
How To Make tomato salad

Step 1Put in bowl the cut up tomato's..add a little oil on top of tomato's....a little salt...pepper and sliced onions (uncooked)...throw in a couple of fresh basil leaves...two or three ice cubes...mix up and put in refrigerator....served chilled.....
