Ingredients

  • 2 pounds jar sauerkraut, drained
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1 cup white vinegar
  • 3 stalks celery, thinly sliced
  • 2 medium green peppers, chopped
  • 1 medium onion, chopped
  • 1 small can sliced ripe olives, drained

  • Step 1
    In a large bowl, combine all ingredients. Cover and chill several hours or overnight. Makes 8 servings.
