    jar sauerkraut, drained

    sugar
  • 1 c
    white vinegar
  • 3 stalk(s)
    celery, thinly sliced
  • 2 medium
    green peppers, chopped
  • 1 medium
    onion, chopped
  • 1 small
    can sliced ripe olives, drained

How to Make SAUERKRAUT SALAD

  1. In a large bowl, combine all ingredients. Cover and chill several hours or overnight. Makes 8 servings.
